This coffee was processed with a pre fermentation of 24 hours in plastic bag, followed by 24 hours in cherry aerobically, then depulped to ferment with strawberries, blackberries, raspberries, and cranberries that have been dehydrated and grounded to have a higher concentration of flavors for 5 days. This coffee was produced by Brayan Alvear in San Odolfo, Colombia.
