Berry Wild is a berry fruit fermented anaerobic coffee of the Caturra and Castillo varietals. This coffee was processed with a pre fermentation of 24 hours in plastic bag, followed by 24 hours in cherry aerobically, then depulped to ferment with strawberries, blackberries, raspberries, and cranberries that have been dehydrated and grounded to have a higher concentration of flavors for 5 days. This coffee was produced by Brayan Alvear in San Odolfo, Colombia.

With notes of raspberry, blackberry, and plum, this coffee tastes like exploring the unknown and trying something new. Full of excitement. Full of adventure.
