First, the coffee gets semi-washed leaving a thin amount of pulp still on the seed prior to being added to the anaerobic fermentation tanks. This results in a very clean cup of coffee balanced with a sweet and funky stone fruit and cinnamon spiced flavor. The Beneficio San Diego Mill is one of the most modern mills, focusing on increasing efficiency to meet high quality standards!
